HOW WE WORK
Through our dedicated customer service support model, we are engaged with our homeowners every step of the way throughout their journey with Empire from the point of sale to beyond move in. We proactively keep our homeowners informed and up-to-date throughout the homebuilding process. Moreover, we collect, listen and react to our customers’ feedback and translate it into operational improvements to continuously enhance the customer experience.
